The mattresses are now anchored so they don't slide around. The only thing I wish I'd done differently was to ask the installer to place the trestles so that the mattresses are not so snug against the wall. The snugness makes it difficult to tuck the comforters I've used between the beds and the wall. Other than that, like them very much.

Very easy to install, very light, and very strong.

They have been installed, yes very lite weight, but we haven't had a chance to us them yet. Will let you know.

We have a Globetrotter 27’ Forward Twin Beds. I have hated the beds since the first time we used the trailer because I always felt like I was going to fall out of bed. When I saw someone raving about these on an Airstream forum I told my husband I was ordering them. We used them for the first time on a 3 day camping trip. I have to say they are amazing. Not once did I feel like I was falling out of bed. The bed was the same comfort level as before and the board along the edge keeps the bed clothes from getting caught in the cupboards underneath the bed. Bonus!! I would highly recommend these.

They were shipped out fast, and super easy to install. They provide solid reinforcement while extending the width of the base/platform that the mattress sits on. The best part about them, they are super lightweight, so you are not carrying an extra 50 pounds in the front of your trailer like many of the wood trestles being sold.

Extremely well made, all the parts fit together nicely. Simple installation, followed directions from YouTube video with no problems whatsoever.

I just received my Generation 3 trestles for my Airstream Flying Cloud FB Twin. No instructions included but none are needed. In less than 60 minutes I assembled the 2 trestles, carried them to my Airstream, removed the mattresses and Foli system, and installed the trestles. I installed them 34.5 inches from the bulkhead. The Foli system set on top easily and the mattresses went in nice and snug. I tested each bed and the difference was awesome. We will never feel like we are rolling out of bed again. Every twin bed owner I speak with has the same feeling of rolling out of bed. These trestles end this issue. This is a BIG quality of life improvement. Build and finish is excellent and the cross beams are very solid which isn’t easy to tell from the online pics. I’m a happy camper and glad I made this purchase. Excellent product. Excellent price to value ratio.
